The MyWorkspace team is pleased to introduce improved automatic account provisioning and account provisioning support for Aha!.
Improved Automatic Account Provisioning
MyWorkspace supports account provisioing for Office 365 and GoToMeeting for a while now. It got kicked off whenever you assigned a user directly to the corresponding application. Now we also start account provisioning when:
- You assign a new group to the application.
- You assign a new user to a group, which is assigned to the application.
- You initially enable account provisioning for the application.
Because case 1 and 3 can cause a lot of user to be provisioned, MyWorkspace will ask you before starting it.
Account Provisioning for Aha!
In addition to Office 365 and GoToMeeting we support automatic account provisioning now also for Aha!. Just enable it in your application and establish a connection to your Aha! account.
