I am Kirsten and I am responsible for People & Culture at Matrix42. Together with my team, I work on all topics related to people. From designing a framework for collaboration, to development options, to individual questions – we are the contact for future, existing and former employees of the Matrix42 team.

It is my belief that the employees of a company are the greatest asset. This belief has been the basis of my work for many years. My heart beats especially for the field of People Development and my work as a trainer has laid the foundation for my own career in HR.

Traveling is an important part of my life, whether near or far, on foot, by bike, car, or plane. Thus, the head is always free enough and the thinking really changes its direction.
