A Major Step Forward 

We’re excited to share that Viio has been included in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms (SMP) We believe this is a major milestone for our team and for the growing SaaS management market in Europe.

This recognition places Viio among a select group of global SMP vendors and, we’re proud to have the following distinctions as part of the report’s finding: 

• The only Nordic company recognized in the report: Highlights the region’s growing role in SaaS innovation and signals broader recognition of Nordic technology leadership.
• One of just three European vendors included overall: With most vendors based in the U.S., there’s  limited representation of European platforms in global SaaS management and, Viio’s proud to help lead the charge. 
• The only vendor focused entirely on the European midmarket: Midmarket organizations face unique challenges, limited resources, fragmented tools, and regional compliance needs that require tailored solutions.

We feel it's rare for such a young company to be acknowledged in a Gartner Magic Quadrant. For us, this recognition validates both the strength of our current offering and the need for purpose built SMP solutions for European midsized businesses.

SaaS Sprawl, Cyber Risk, and the Midmarket Blind Spots. Why SaaS Complexity Demands a New Approach?

Gartner projects that "through 2027, organizations that fail to centrally manage SaaS life cycles will be five times more likely to experience a cyber incident or data loss, largely due to incomplete visibility into usage and configuration."

At the same time, cost control is slipping. Without centralized coordination, companies are set to overspend on SaaS by at least 25 percent, often due to unused entitlements and unnecessary, overlapping tools. The market itself continues to expand rapidly—projected to reach 232 billion dollars in 2024, up from 197 billion in 2023—making it all the more urgent to establish control before inefficiencies scale further.
