Frankfurt, the home of Matrix42, set the stage for our first European Partner Conference (EPC)! Partners from across the continent, from long-standing collaborators to those just beginning their journey with us, came together to connect and align on our road ahead. The event was filled with inspiring discussions on ITSM advancements, valuable insights, and moments of recognition for the incredible contributions of our partners.

Day 1 began with a warm welcome from Matrix42 CEO, Niilo Fredrikson, who set the tone with his keynote, "Let's Digitalize and Automate the World Together." Niilo highlighted Matrix42’s commitment to offering customers a European Choice for service management software. He emphasized the importance of building software in Europe to address local challenges while ensuring data security, regulations compliance, and customer-centricity. “Our mission,” he stated, “is to digitalize and automate workplaces with solutions designed, built and operated in Europe - for the world."

Fireside Chats and Awards
More compelling sessions such as "The Paradigm Shift in Service Management" and "Analyzing the European ITSM Market," packed day 2 with great insights, followed by the fireside chat, that catched the audiences attention with a special partner success story. Our Senior Vice President - Revenue Operations and Strategy, Juha Westerlund, and our partners, Consulting4IT, INNIX Group, and Virnex Group, discussed various aspects of our ongoing collaboration and explored potential strategies for growth.
After a day rich with insights and inspiration, it was time to shift gears and celebrate. Day 1 concluded with an elegant gala dinner, where the evening’s spotlight turned to our Partner Awards. In a room filled with enthusiasm and applause, we recognized the exceptional achievements of our partners — those who’ve gone above and beyond to elevate customer experiences and drive transformation with Matrix42 solutions.
